About Pony Club@Shey Copse

The Pony Club is the largest organisation of young riders in the world. There are 430 centres in the UK and currently over 12,000 members. In the past you needed to own your own pony to join the Pony Club and you travelled with your Pony to rallies at branch meetings. This made it very exclusive, not an option for many young riders.

Now this has all changed and the Pony Club has introduced centre membership. This is where you join through your local riding centre such as Shey Copse. Through the centre, you can take part in lots of different Pony Club activities.

Club membership is open to all riders aged between 4 and 21 years old. It is a wonderful way to meet other young riders with the same interests as yourself. Membership costs £20 per year and you can take part in as many or as few activities at Shey Copse as you like. Please check the website and the Pony Club window at the yard regularly for dates and availability of all Pony Club events.
