Snip's Diary August 2008
Hello everyone, it's been great to see you all over the past few weeks. The yard is always nice and busy over the summer holidays what with Own-a-Pony week and all the Pony Club activities, I'm never short of a snack or a scratch!
Having said that, I was most annoyed to find that I hadn't been invited to the Summer BBQ. I thought that the carrot sticks on the salad bar must have been for me, especially since they were arranged on hay bales. Never mind.
As the last jumping show was such a success there will be another one this month, the 21st I think. Larson and Marmite have been showing off non-stop about their scores from the last one. The highest jump was 2ft6 but they were all over 6ft tall with big scary fills according to Cherokee. Still, there's some pretty good photographic evidence so you can see it for yourself!
Apparently, Helen is organizing a Pony Club session to teach you all how to prepare horses for shows. This might come in handy for the jumping show this month and if you're not able to do this month there will be another one in September.
See you all next month, love
